Blip's Refund Guidelines
What types of situations are eligible for refunds?
Eligible for refunds:
- Product error: An error occurring due to the platform or sign running incorrectly and charging your Blip account or credit card.
Not eligible for refunds:
- User error: If a campaign was set up by the user, but they made a mistake. Examples:
- Selecting the wrong artwork
- Setting incorrect end date
- Unhappy with campaign performance
- Not seeing ad while at the sign location

How are refunds processed?
Per our Terms and Conditions (Section 4.3) Pre-payments to your Blip account are not refundable. Refunds for system errors/issues are processed as a credit to your Blip account for future advertising.
If the charge was directly to your card on file, and the result of a documented platform issue, we may issue a refund back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
