Blip's Refund Guidelines

What types of situations are eligible for refunds?


Eligible for refunds:
  • Product error: An error occurring due to the platform or sign running incorrectly and charging your Blip account or credit card.

Not eligible for refunds:
  • User error: If a campaign was set up by the user, but they made a mistake. Examples:
    • Selecting the wrong artwork
    • Setting incorrect end date
  • Unhappy with campaign performance
  • Not seeing ad while at the sign location

How do I ask for a refund?

How are refunds processed?

Per our Terms and Conditions (Section 4.3) Pre-payments to your Blip account are not refundable. Refunds for system errors/issues are processed as a credit to your Blip account for future advertising.

If the charge was directly to your card on file, and the result of a documented platform issue, we may issue a refund back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
