What types of situations are eligible for refunds?
Eligible for refunds:
- Product error: An error occurring due to the platform or sign running incorrectly
- Account balance: Unspent payments on account
- Does not include promotional credits
Not eligible for refunds:
- User error: If a campaign was set up by the user, but they made a mistake. Examples:
- Selecting the wrong artwork
- Setting incorrect end date
- Unhappy with campaign performance
- Not seeing ad while at the sign location

How long does it take for refunds to process?
Refunds are generally processed in 3-5 business days. If your original payment was via mail or invoice, this can create additional delays.
