What types of situations are eligible for refunds?

Eligible for refunds:
  • Product error: An error occurring due to the platform or sign running incorrectly

Not eligible for refunds:
  • User error: If a campaign was set up by the user, but they made a mistake. Examples:
    • Selecting the wrong artwork
    • Setting incorrect end date
  • Unhappy with campaign performance
  • Not seeing ad while at the sign location

How do I ask for a refund?

How long does it take for refunds to process?

Refunds are generally processed in 3-5 business days. If your original payment was via mail or invoice, this can create additional delays.
