Once you have uploaded and attached your artwork to your campaign, your ad will need to be approved by Blip and by the sign owner before going live. This process is normally takes 24-48 hours or less.

Each sign owner follows their own guidelines for approval. So if you have questions about the content of your ad or if you are running a personal ad, it is best to set up your campaign, submit your artwork, and wait for the approval email in 24-48 hours (you will not be charged until your ad is approved and start running).

If your artwork is rejected by Blip (likely due to sizing issues or ineffective designs), we will give you insights in the rejection message to create a more successful ad. We recommend that you review the rejection message, reach out if you would like more details, and then resubmit your artwork.

If you receive an artwork rejection email that simply states "Other" as the reason for rejection that means the rejection came from the sign owner and not from Blip (likely for content reasons or because it is a personal ad). If this happens to you we recommend selecting a different billboard location.

Please reach out to us if you would like more specific details about the approval process or if you would like tips about creating successful artwork.
